     Recent changes policy have made the eBay forum increasingly hostile for sellers, thus I adopted this fixed price forum. If you would like to swap links.to your fixed price list, please em@il me.

     On October 20. 2008, eBay mandated that all sellers must accept PayPal only for coin sales. The policy forbids checks and money orders.
There are sham alteratives like "ProPay" - but eBay stacks the deck so that only "Silver PowerSellers" can accept ProPay.

     This illegal requirement adds an additional 2.9% to eBays recently increased "final value" fees. (8.75% of the first $25 plus 3.50%  of the balance to $1,000.00). Unlike a traditional aucton house, eBay does not warrant the goods sold in any manner to justify this kind of value-based fees.
 

  I encourage anyone who  has been harmed by recent changes in eBay policies to consider alternative
sales options and starting or joining CLASS ACTION lawsuits against eBay & PayPal. (Google this)
